webcam with built in microphone? i want to use a Desktop Mic with the cam?
i bought a Desktop Microphone recently. the lifecam has a microphone built into it. i want to use the desktop microphone with the webcam and not use the built in microphone on the webcam.
just totally frustrated with trying to figure it out. hoping someone would be able to help.

Early In the summer, YouTube created something very
different for people who use webcams to record videos.
It's called "Quick Capture" and with it you can "upload"
directly to YouTube using just your webcam. You don't
need anything else -- not even Windows Movie Maker.

You can also follow these simple steps:
1 -- click on the "UPLOAD" button
2 -- enter the video title and description
3 -- pick among options (if you want to)
4 -- click "USE QUICK CAPTURE"
5 -- on the 2nd page, click on "ALLOW"
I don't own a webcam, but I am very pleased about this
feature because it means that there will be less people
falling prey to the Yahoo creeps who are trying to pimp
their crap onto unsuspecting teenagers.
