Can you play with 4 instruments on Guitar Hero 4: World Tour for the Ps2?

I’m asking this because the Ps2 only has 2 usb ports and 2 controller ports. There is also said that the instruments are wireless. But I couldn’t find how it will work for the playstation 2.
