1. I saw a comedian on tv years and years ago (around Titanic time) who, as a part of his act, played a dictaphone with song parts on it and made jokes about how the lyrics sounded different to what they were ("Heart does go on/Hot dogs go on" was the only one I can still remember).
Who was it?

2. Can I find a transcript of, is it Ed Byrne?, taking the micky out of Alanis Morrisettes 'Ironic'?

3. A ventriloquist did his first big show at some sort of variety performance and his microphone didn't work, so Bruce Forsyth had to keep the audience laughing till they fixed his mic. Then when he came back on everyone cheered, making it look like he was more popular than he was in the edit.
Who was he? I think his puppet might have been a mechanic?
