Electro Voice vintage full range drivers with whizzer cones?

A google search for "Electrovoice SP8B" turned up various forums and archived EV documents. I would imagine that a similar search for the 12B will turn up others.
I would estimate that the 12" could handle about 30 watts and the 8" about 15. One of the foreign language forums (third link) has a list that indicates about double that and has frequency responses too. I suspect that those numbers aren't RMS. Actual response is highly dependent on cabinet design.
